Promoting Diversity and Young Talent with Navantia
Last week, Digital Robots had the honor of participating in the Diversity Week organized by Navantiaa strategic public company and world reference in the design and construction of high technology ships. The Digital Robots team shared a presentation with the Management Committee of Navantia, S.A., S.M.E., focused on a topic that defines the essence of the organization: the value of young and diverse talent as a driver of transformation.
Diversity: more than an initiative, a commitment
Digital Robots believes that true innovation comes from diverse teams, where each voice brings a unique and complementary perspective. Participation in this meeting reaffirmed its commitment to diversity and provided an opportunity to share how the company internally fosters inclusion and intergenerational collaboration as pillars of sustainable growth.
Young talent: breaking prejudices, multiplying impact
During the presentation, the CEO of Digital Robots, Alejandro Máñez , stressed the importance of betting on young talent and breaking with prejudices about experience and "ideal profiles". Trusting before meeting all the requirements does not represent a risk, but an investment that can exponentially multiply the impact of organizations. The exchange of ideas with industry leaders, such as Teresa Busto, former Vice President of Airbus, turned this day into a deeply inspiring space.
